MEET THE TEAM
Dean Wille: Co-Owner
Dean Wille founded Gator Graphics in 1998 after completing his degree in automotive technology at the University of Central Missouri in 1997. He got the business owner’s gene from his father who also owned a body shop. Dean has expanded Gator Graphics to become one of the most well-known custom sign businesses in the area. He has many areas of expertise and is dedicated to providing the best signs all over Missouri. Dean enjoys working with his crew at Gator Graphics and is excited for what the future holds. He is also an avid racer in his spare time and on the weekends.

James McMillin: Co-Owner
James McMillin joined the Gator Graphics team as co-owner in December 2005. He is a Missouri native and has a degree from the University of Central Missouri in safety management. He has a long time friendship with Dean Wille and now enjoys facing the challenges of being a business co-owner. He is the proud father of 3 children and enjoys racing or going to the lake on the weekends.
C.J. Webster: Chief Operating Officer
C.J. was born and raised in Trabuco Canyon, CA. In the spring of 2016, after his professional
baseball career ended, he made Missouri his new home. He currently resides in Warrensburg,
Missouri, with his beautiful wife, Chelsy, and their two amazing children, Athena Rose Webster (6) and Apollo Markus Webster (3).
He was a collegiate Academic All-American catcher and was fortunate enough to play for the
16U and 18U USA National teams in his youth. Collegiately, he played at Cal State Fullerton
and Northwestern State University (LA). He extended his playing career with a short but
amazing experience in the St. Louis Cardinals organization. Unfortunately, his playing career
was upended by an unexpected injury that led to his early retirement in the fall of 2015.
He earned a master’s degree in communications and a double bachelor’s degree in
communications and business management with a double minor in history and marketing. His
professional career has spanned various industries, including pressure-sensitive adhesives,
commercial roofing, SMB consulting, and wholesale distribution. He held sales leadership and
multiple executive roles before joining Gator Graphics. In the last decade, he has consulted for
over 30 small businesses in Lee’s Summit, Blue Springs, Olathe, Overland Park, Sedalia, and surrounding areas.
He takes great pride in his sales acumen, leadership skills, and ability to generate value and
guaranteed results. He enjoys movies, travel, racing, bird hunting, and, above all else, being a
father. His personal mantra is, “Fuel the Jet”.

Rylee Simmons: Marketing & Sales Specialist
Rylee is from Excelsior Springs Missouri and joined the Gator Graphics team in September of 2024 while finishing her Bachelors degree in marketing at UCM. As a recent college graduate Rylee brings innovation and excitement to our team. She uses her design and communication skills to take Gator Graphics to the next level when it comes to marketing and sales. She enjoys dancing and staying active as well as trying new things and challenging herself. Her personal mantra is: if it doesn't challenge you it won't change you.
Stephanie Hursh: Office Manager
Stephanie was born and raised in Clinton Missouri, and currently lives in Centerview with her Husband Rodney and two kids Brendan and Carsen. Stephanie has been with Gator Graphics for 8 years and is known as the "office mom" because she is determined and loving. Stephanie has a variety of experience including her certificate in accounting.
She is most proud of her two kids, and enjoys watching them play sports. When she is not working at Gator Graphics, Stephanie loves to take pictures and watch the Chiefs and Royals play. Her favorite race car driver was Dale Earnhardt Sr, and her favorite food is Italian.
Grayce Wehner: Office Assistant​​
Grayce is a successful high school student that brings support, accountability, and organization to Gator Graphics as the office assistant. She plans to attend college after graduating and credits her mom for inspiring the strong person she has become. Grayce enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and watching the Jayhawks and Chiefs. Her favorite race car driver is Martin Truex Jr and her favorite music genre is Country. Her favorite quote and personal mantra is "I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us" Romans 8:18

Billy McTighe: Fabrication Manager
Billy has been a technician for Gator Graphics since June 2018. We are very proud to have his expertise on the Gator Graphics team. Billy has experience in construction and painting on top of the skills he has obtained at Gator Graphics. Billy enjoys going on cruises...a lot.
Ryan Roberts: Install Technician
Ryan Roberts has been a technician for Gator Graphics since July 2000. With nearly 15 years of experience, we are very proud to have his expertise on the Gator Graphics team. He is originally from Nebraska and currently lives in Knob Noster, Missouri. Ryan has experience in construction and painting on top of the skills he has obtained at Gator Graphics. He is a hard worker and enjoys the atmosphere of Gator Graphics. Ryan enjoys fishing or playing pool in his spare time.

Greg Mauer: Designer
Greg was born in Topeka, KS. He has lived in Missouri for nine years with his longtime partner, Melissa.
His passion for art started at a young age and ultimately became the catalyst in a life of doing what he loves. In 1981 he received an art degree in Commercial Advertising and went on to work in the industry creating art for companies such as Ford, Budweiser, NASA, SeaWorld, Bass Pro, Cabela's and Air Force One, to name a few.
He is a self-taught airbrush artist and has spent over 40 years working in the airbrush industry, creating art on motorcycles, cars and various other items, having won several awards and having his work shown in magazines such as Urban Bagger and American Iron.
When he's not working on his old 1962 Ford F100, his love of nature keeps him outdoors every chance he gets, bowhunting, fishing, hiking, bird watching and hanging out with Melissa and his Neapolitan Mastiff Gracie Lou.
